 Shadow Dietitian Kristi this week
 Complete both initial and follow up assessments for ICU and telemetry patients
 ICU rounds with Kristi (RD), physician, SLP, pharmacist, nursing representatives
 Independently counsel patients and provide nutrition education on a Low Fiber diet
 Visit pediatric patient who currently has a tube feeding and calculate his needs

 Continue shadowing Kristi
 Complete both initial and follow up assessments for ICU and telemetry patients
 ICU rounds with Kristi (RD), physician, SLP, pharmacist, nursing representatives
 Independently counsel patients and provide nutrition education on a Low Sodium diet
 Follow-up charting for patients in the telemetry units

 Continue shadowing Kristi
 Follow-up on ICU patients and attend ICU rounds
 Complete Tube Feed calculations for 2 ICU patients and TPN calculation for 1 telemetry
patient
 Counsel patients and provide nutrition education on a Low Sodium diet to multiple CHF
patients
 Review notes and TPN calculations

 Continue shadowing Kristi
 Follow-up ICU patients and attend ICU rounds
 Calculate TPN change for patient with RD in Telemetry and chart on his needs
 Independently counsel 6 patients and provide nutrition education on a Low Sodium diet
 Update charting for all patients seen today in both the ICU, telemetry and Orthopedic
units
