CONCRETE PROCEDURE
Before concreting
1. Concrete truck will come at site around 9am-10am on the morning.
2. Pump car will arrive at site around 9am clock at the morning. Inspection will be done
that morning
3. Pump car preparation
4. Checking access way
5. PIC(Mr Guna) will give any instruction to the workers that involve with the
concreting activity.
6. Place the banksman/ signal man for guiding the truck enter the site ( main gate)

During concreting
1. Slump test will be taken every truck at site
2. 9 nos Cube sample will be taken every 50m3
3. Concrete will start with the mortar and continue with the normal concrete
4. Concreting will start from the center of the foundation to the every side of the
formworks
5. After concrete is full. Workers will be take rest and the finishing team will continue
works after 2 hours= concrete start to dry.
6. Finishing team will use the helicopter/ power tools for finishing the concrete surface.
Precaution step
1. If heavy raining occur, we will stop for a while
2. Plastic sheet will be cover the concrete area.

Curing method
1. Gunny bag/ water spray will be use for curing method.
 For gunny bag, after concrete dried, wet gunny bag will cover the whole
concrete area. Put water on the surface of gunny to kept wet.
 water will be retained at the concrete surface to cure the concrete. For good,
3 times for a day.
