 Introduction of Elite Pins
• Established in Taiwan in 1974, Elite-Pins has evolved from
a three-man’s workshop into a comprehensive
manufacturer of promotional items and commemorative
gifts, offering a variety of custom products: badges, coins,
awards, trophies, medals, medallions, memorials, souvenir,
insignias, printed soft magnets, cufflinks, tie clips, money
clips, bookmarks and so on. After its relocation to Xiaolan
town, a hardware zone in Canton, Elite pins kept extending
facilities, which covered 20,000 square feet and advanced
machines——CNC carving, automatic coloring and die-
casting / die Struck machines——to name just a few.

 A Brief History of Elite Pins
• 1974 Founded in Taipei, Taiwan, started from 3-man scale
• 1980 A “metal fervor” occurring in France created huge
demand on metal accessories. Our products, if wearable
and made in metal, were all shipped to France.
• 1984 The Summer Olympics of Los Angeles drove us to the
height in exporting volume.
• 1990 Provided challenge coin and military badge in large
amount to supply the Coalition forces in the Gulf War
• 1998 Became a supplier of The Masters.
• 2003 Relocated to its current site, Xiaolan town in Canton,
China.
• 2004 Received an order of 2.4 million pieces from the
supporter of Athens Olympics
• 2008 Produced millions of key chains and lapel pins for
Beijing Olympics. Our worker number up to 600+ and the
facilities expanded to 20,000 square feet.
• 2009 The max. Monthly production reached 2 million
pieces.
• 2010 Had a compact and all in-house manufacturing
process after purchasing high-end offset printing machines
from Japan.
• 2012 Bought three CNC machines to replace labor force in
mold making.
• 2014 Sixteen Automatic coloring machines, adopting the
cutting-edge jet ink technology, joined our production line
and offered a better effect on color presentation.

VARIOUS PROCESS
Zinc Alloy The main characteristic of Zinc Alloy Die Casting compared with
the previous process is the ability to make metal item in 3D. The
result is perfect and gives a strong impression of quality.

Spin Casting
Spin Casting could be considered as a complementary process to
Die Casting. This process enables much more details and complex
designs with less regularity with less regularity and constancy in
shape.

The main characteristic of Zinc Alloy Die Casting

Soft Enamel compared with the previous process is the ability to
make metal item in 3D. The result is perfect and
gives a strong impression of quality.

It differs in the color technique. The colors

Stamping are not completely fill in the recessed areas
and the metal orders are much more
visible. This process is also frequently used
for items with no coloring an with 3D relief.
Photo Etching

This process enables high detailed designs and significantly reduces the
thickness of material. This method is generally applied on large designs and
also has lower cost compared to the previous processes.
 Offset Printing

The process enables to printing the design with gradual colors that
make it difficult for customer to provide accurate artwork. It is also
great for printing picture, paintings, lithography…....etc.
 PVC Materials

PVC material is Lightweight and flexible. It is to make key chains, luggage tags, lapel
pins, zipper pulls, magnetic and some of the creative things. All items are strictly
inspected before delivery.
