Performs janitorial work in the Office and its premises Provides messengerial services such as delivery of notice, agenda, invitations, communications, etc. Assist in safeguarding all properties from theft, fire, destruction, mischief, etc. Assists in the preparation and follow-up vouchers Assists in the canvass of office supplies, spare parts, diesel and other requirements Distributes office supplies from supply section to requesting offices or units Performs minor repairs on office furnitures Binds and bundles office records
