Introduction

Banjo Laurel Elementary School provide


a range of mechanism to attract, motivate
and retain our stakeholders.
Giving recognition/awards regularly is one
way of motivating them. Using Guidelines of
Rewards system must be considered.

stakeholders must be done right after the election of
officers.
This oath bind them to perform their duties,
commit themselves conscientiously and in good faith, for

The Department of Education is committed to


provide quality education for the learners.
In line with this teachers must commit themselves
to perform their assigned task religiously.
Every performance of the teacher is rated on the
effectiveness/quality, efficiently in delivering the goals
and missions agreed upon. This is done through IPCRF.

Introduction

PTA is the number one voice of the parent. They


help develop those relationship through resources,
programs and advocacy. Stakeholders are responsible for
the schools’ accomplishments of the programs and
projects.
Accomplishment Report of School and Stakeholders
is regularly prepared as an overview of what was
achieved during the given period.

Introduction

Performance in school is increasingly judged on the


basis of effective learning outcomes. Information is
critical to knowing whether the school system is
delivering good performance.
In connection with this, right after the programs,
activities held in school, evaluation sheets are provided
for the parents and stakeholders for their feedbacks
regarding the venue, the flow and the content of the
about the said program. This serve as a tool to improve
pupils and teachers outcomes.

Periodic Assessment provide school and
teachers with up to date information about the
pupils performances. Through this assessment
teachers will learn when students need more help.
It measure pupil learning within a grade and from
grade to grade to help school keep pupils on track

Introduction
An intervention is the act of inserting
one help between others like person trying to
help. Teachers conduct interventions using
different techniques, strategies and providing
varied activities which are suited for the
learners.
Slow learners can understand the subject
if the teacher takes a little care about them
like attending to them personally and
explaining the concepts until they fully
understand the lesson.
It is therefore, a must, that interventions
must be applied for any particular subject
where students fail, to fully understand.

Introduction

The School Report Card (SRC) is a


tool for advocating and communicating
the school situation, context and
performance to internal and external
stakeholders. Its objective is to increase
the participation and involvement of the
community and other stakeholders in
making the school a better place for
learners.

Introduction
Nutritional status means intake of a
diet sufficient to meet or exceed the needs of
individual will keep the composition and
function of otherwise individual with the
normal body range.
To know the condition and associated risk
factors of chidren in school, teachers get their
height and weight of the pupils to determine
the nutritional status of each pupil.
Interventions are being implemented by
the school to assist their needs regarding
nutrition.

Introduction
PHIL-IRI is an assessment tool that evaluates
the reading proficiency level of elementary school
pupils. It is the first validated instrument that
intends to measure the pupils’ reading
comprehension level. The pupils’ word recognition
and comprehension ability as well as his reading
speed are informally assessed quantitatively and
qualitatively through stories and passages.
