They are creating daily disturbances there. His behavior (walk / attitude) are
consistent with Juggalos.

Conduct. He was hanging out at the bus station with other Juggalos. They are
creating disturbance. He has distinctive behavior associated with Juggalos (walk,
confrontational behavior). Was contacted after running from station when Police
arrived.

reference TPD Inc# 0905200715 at 1930 hours on 4875 S Park regarding
Shoplifting. He was arrested for multiple counts of Shoplifting. He claims to be a
tattoo artist, most recently for “Off The Hook” Tattoo. His step-son MICHAEL
GARCIA was recently arrested for homicide. SOTO denies being a gang member
saying he tries to get kids interested in tattooing.

Valencia Road / S Midvale Park regading Driving on a Suspended License. Said he
was a Vista Blood and had been jumped in since he was 12 years old, that his gang
name was “Red Dog”, and displayed tattoos that identified his gang membership.

during a Theft investigation. Said she was a Sur 13 gang member.

RICO (above). Contacted reference TPD Inc# 0905240795 at 2200 hours on 101 W
Irvington regarding Theft. She is the suspect of the theft of a cell phone. She was
contacted at the Laos Center. She admitted that she was South Side Posse Blood,
Santa Clara set gang member. Every other word she spoke was “Blood”.
 MARTINEZ, JESUS “Papito” (TPD/GTAC: Sgt. F. Hand)
DOB: 09/26/92

Claims: 36th Blood
Misc.: H, M, red shirt, jeans. Associated with friend JESUS MARISCAL
(dob:05/09/79, 36th Street Blood). Contacted reference TPD Inc# 0905290025 at
0028 hours at TMC regarding Graffiti. He was arrested for tagging TMC. He had
been tagging “Fuck Crabs” and “CK”. He admitted to tagging.

INFORMATION:
 (TPD/GTAC: Sgt. F. Hand) Over the weekend, two people were shot in Sierra Vista.
Sierra Vista PD believes it was a retaliation shooting for the victims testifying in a
gang case against the (Sierra Vista) Hollywood Crips.
Sunday night, Detective CARROLL, of the Homicide Unit, and GTAC’s Officer
JOHNSON assisted SVPD with a search warrant on the 6000 block of East 38 th
Street (Tucson).
Tucson has not experienced any contact with this gang here yet but there is a
group of them living in am apartment complex on the 8000 of East Old Spanish Trail,
if anybody has contact with them. They are all Black males, except for one 17yoa
female.

NOTES:
 (TPD/G-TAC: Sgt. M. Nisbet) Have some information, regarding 5402 E 30 th Street
#A9 in an apartment complex in T3, that they are selling marijuana and prescription
pills from out of there.
Initially, the names of ALFREDO ROMERO and TERESA ROMERO were the
names given of the residents. It is actually ALFRED ROMERO and TERESA
ROMERO Jr. (if there is such a thing). ALFRED is 25yoa and TERESA is 26yoa,
both were dressed in red but denied any gang affiliation. ALFRED is heavily tatted,
and is originally from OP or New Pascua. They have since moved into T3. There
was quite a bit of activity there last night.

 Contact was made with ANDREAS GONZALES as he was leaving the
apartment. He is 49yoa, sleeved out, and just got out of prison. He didn’t have any
narcotics on him. He indicated that he was living there too, but it is unlikely.
 (TPD/G-TAC: Sgt. M. Nisbet) DINAUSH LEWIS (dob:11/24/78) is still in Tucson.
He is wanted for Aggravated Assault / Kidnapping his girlfriend. It sounds like he is
back with her. A T1 Officer had contact with him last night. We tried coaxing him out
of the house, to no avail.

CASES:
 (TPD/Gangs: Det. E. Richards) Reference TPD Inc# 0906050950, ANGELICA
CAMARENA reported that she had been shot at. Apparently, her thirteen year old
daughter has been dating twenty-two year old ALFREDO CABALLERO. They’ve
had conversations with him in the past asking him to stay away from their daughter.
He dropped her off in front of their house Friday night. Mom jumped in her car
and drove after him to make sure that was who it was in the car. When she pulled up
beside him on Valley, South of Ajo, she heard gunshots and saw muzzle flash
coming from his car. She did recognize him as the driver. When she got back home,
she had two bullet holes and a flat tire on her car.
He was located the following evening after Patrol Officers went to his house and
left a business card with his Mother in asking for him. His Mother went to where he
was at, at his Grandparents, and told him the Police were looking for him. She took
him to C11 to talk to Officers. Gang Detectives were called out to talk to him.
He denies involvement in the shooting. Says that she is his sixteen year old
cousin RAYMOND’S girlfriend and that he gave them a ride that night to a location
near Cardinal and Valencia then went back home.
The daughter says that they are boyfriend and girlfriend, says that they hang out,
and that she was over at his house Friday night from five until about ten-thirty when
he dropped her off at her house. She says that she has seen two guns in his house.
He’s a prohibited possessor who got out of prison in September and off parole in
January. He says he doesn’t own guns because he can go back to prison for that.
He said that TPD would not find guns in his house or his car. A warrant for his house
and car were served, no guns were found.
He has been associated with other calls involving the parents. The first time they
had a confrontation was April 15th reference TPD Inc# 0904150737. When the
parents when to talk to him, to tell him to stay away from their daughter, he allegedly
had a gun and pointed it at the Father. Father backed off that story when Officers
arrived, saying that he “heard” a gun being cocked and CABALLERO gave him a
frightening look.
On May 29th, reference TPD Inc# 0905290199, ALET ACOSTA lives on S Burke
and reported that her house was shot at. There were two bullet holes in their door.
They looked outside, saw a white truck that looked exactly like CABALLERO’S white

 pick-up truck. She believes that the shooting of her house was retaliation for
CABALLERO getting shot in the arm two weeks prior by associates of their
residence.
And then, reference TPD Inc# 0905310095, there was a shooting at the BK’s
Restaurant on 5117 S 12th Avenue. Patrol Officers nearby saw vehicles leaving.
One vehicle was stopped. The other vehicle, driven by CABALLERO, crashed into a
fence. He had gunshots to his car, his window was blown out, but there was no gun
found in his car. Officers had lost sight of him long enough for him to have ditched
his gun. He later bragged to his 13yoa girlfriend that he was the shooter at BK’s.

responded to the Ramada Inn Hotel on 665 S Freeway regarding a Home Invasion
reference TPD Inc# 0906020850. Five co-defendants were arrested: JACK R.
DUGAN (dob:09/03/84, address:7101 E Lilac), FRANCISCO ARVIZU AMAVISCA
(dob:10/03/84, address:2501 N Fontana), RIGOBERTO VALDEZ (dob:04/25/76,
Wilcox, AZ), FRANCISCO MARTINEZ (dob:10/04/90, Wilcox, AZ), and ROSARIO
OCHOA (dob:12/31/64, UDA of Obregon, MX).
Two of the five kidnapped and assaulted CHARLES VINCENT MILLER (from
Washington, two months ago). They hit him in the face with a weapon, and then
drove him around town looking for his friend NICK over a drug rip of 150 pounds of
marijuana and, possibly, some UDA activity.
NICK is still unknown. MILLER is being uncooperative with any information
about NICK.
