    This is to formally demand payment from you on behalf of my client, Mrs. Sofia P.
    Aceron in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Pesos (P16,000.00) which you owe the latter on
    April 16, 2016. This amount had long been overdue since July 16, 2017 after her verbal demand
    of payment from you, and you have failed to return to her the said amount.
    Please settle the said amount within 15 days from receipt of this Demand to Pay Final
    Notice, otherwise, we will be forced to file legal action against you. Thank you.
    Kindly govern yourself accordingly. You may reach the undersigned at Cel. Nos.
