Subject: Need Approval for Shifting of Independent Transformer

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter concerning the above subject .I want to
bring in your kind notice that our independent transformer is installed to faraway from our electric
water motor due to more distance from motor we are facing issues like melting and burning of electric
cable so we want to shift this transformer near our motor, two poles and also want to change the LT
cables. We will pay all expenses of concern task.

Kindly approve our application so that we may start our work. The detail of owner and meter is b/m.
