in pune. a study is done prior to taking the final decision on the amusement park in
order to find out the need of the potential customers. the study is done by taking
the opinion of students, families and working professional in the main areas of
pune i.e camp, kothrud, koregaon park , pune university and symbiosis college.

The findings of this study were quantitatively and qualitatively analysed. and the
result revealed that the people of the city welcomed the plan of a new amusement

infrastructure of all of them is very outdated as a result people have lost interest in

Wet n Wild has over 51 different rides. The water park at Wet n Wild
consists of Slides, Waves pool, Swimming pool, Rafting and Boating. There
are many other rides for different age groups like Zorbing, Striking Cars,
Zero Gravity, Drop, Karting and Power Roller- Costers. There is also a
video gaming arcade.

PLACE
The city of Pune is known for its modern life style and the young brigade,
also the culture and tradition of the city are well intact. It is a delight for
people from different cities because of a few hill stations in and around
Pune. Since the city has lots and lots of colleges and MNC¶s there are a lot
of youngsters. So the city is a good prospect for the opening of an
amusement park.

It is considered that the amount of money spent on rides and games in an

amusement park and on food and other things is in the ratio of 50:50. If the
management manages to maintain the above set criteria the according to the Indian
Federation of the Amusement Park, the park will run if profit within 3years of
inception. The management has decided to keep separate charges for adventure
park and water park so that people can choose according to there needs and don¶t
feel burdened. Entry Charges for the adventure park will be Rs. 200 for adults and
Rs. 150 for kids and this will include all the rides. For water park the charges will
be Rs. 250 for adults and Rs. 200 for kids. If a customer want to go for both then
he can buy the ticket for both the parks at a special price Rs. 400 for adults and Rs.
250 for kids. For all other shows the customers can buy tickets separately inside
the park itself.

PROMOTION

Pune has large population, so proper promotion of the park in the local news
papers and channels should be done. Hoarding and posters will be required in
many areas. Releasing an advertisement on national television will also be
important so that the people of the nearby citites also come to know about the park.
