    III. ONGOING BUSINESS


    A. Meeting details
    1. Two meetings a month
    2. First and third Monday at 3:15
    B. Membership requirements
    1. Attend at least 10 of the 18 meetings per school year
    C. Service hour requirements
    1. 10 hours by May 2018
    2. Participation in two group service projects per year
    3. Make sure you turn in the verification form (found on website)
    *Service project ideas, verification forms, and meeting attendance listed on ​NJHS website​.

    IV. OLD BUSINESS


    A. Snowflakes project - we need to hang these in the hallway
    B. Homeless Veterans in Anoka - the minimum age of volunteers is 16, so we can’t do this yet.

    V. NEW BUSINESS
    A. Kid Care - joint project
    1. Friday, February 9 from 5-10 PM.
    2. Sign up for a slot to help out (you can work multiple shifts and stay all night if you want!).
    B. Spring projects:
    1. Free Little Library in the butterfly garden / The Draw
    2. Art in the Park
