I am a recent graduate of at the New England Culinary Institute with an AOS in Baking and Pastry Arts. My
objective is to get a position working with baking and pastry arts. I hope to someday attain my goal of becoming

Intern
- I worked as an intern at Albemarle Baking Company for 6 months. I worked from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am
making bread from scratch, kneading bread, shaping bread and baking bread.
- I had the opportunity to work with Focaccia, Ciabatta, Pizza sheets, Pain de Mie, Whole Wheat, Olive
Oil Rolls, Rustic Rolls, Revolutionary Soup Rolls, Burger buns, Light rolls, Challah, and Baguette
- I also had the opportunity to work with different pastries that are most popular at Albemarle. They in-
cluded morning buns, croissants, Danish, cinnamon buns, bear claws, and other special requests.
