HEALTH EDUCATION NARRATIVE REPORT

A Health Education Seminar was conducted last November 7, 2017 to the Grade 4-A,

Grade 5-C, Grade 9-A and Grade 11th classes of Asian International Private School to

raise awareness of the student about Health and Personal Hygiene with the following

objectives: To promote good health, to practice good personal hygiene, to eliminate

odors of our bodies and to prevent illnesses that result from poor personal habits.

As a health practitioner, it is my duty to keep the students informed about the essential

things in life that pertains on health and proper grooming. It is also my responsibility to

teach them the importance of cleanliness or sanitation to avoid sickness and infections

cause by all known germs.

Students from the above mentioned classes have the eagerness to learn about the said

topic. This is then a tangible proof that they are learning. Their enthusiasm inspired me

to constitute more informative activities related to health to further their understanding

about the most basic yet essential facts about health and the like.
