• Worked as PIPING SUPERVISOR in JRK ENGINEERING AND CONTRACTORS,ERNAKULAM from
Sep 2012 to May 2013
Role :Piping Line checking as per Isometric. Preparing as built Isometric as per site condition. Preparing
Isometric by referring General Arrangement drawing. Piping fabrication of various sizes of pipes and material
class. Routine inspection of progress of work. Fabrication and installation of A/G and U/G piping works at
different areas. implementing safety regulations and procedures in order to protect life and property. Material
traceability, Mill test certificate verification for client approval. Heat No control as per MTC and NACE
satisfaction as per Mill test certificate. Verification of material satisfaction / identification and properly punch
marked or not in all fittings and pipes. Verification of wall thickness / schedule of pipe and color coding as
specified in MTC by physical inspection. Controlling traceability number during fabrication & erection.

• Worked as PIPING ENGINEER in BRIDGE AND ROOF CO.(I) LTD , ETTIKARA ROAD, NEAR HOC
JUNCTION, POST BAG NO-8, Ambalamugal, Ernakulam, Kerala, PIN:682302 from Jul 2016 to Sep 2017
Role :Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule,
Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings Ensure the Productivity and
Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site. Monitoring the daily work
activities of Sub Contractor and updating Sub Contractor Progress Reports Assist Design Department in
solving Piping Modification and Technical Problems in the Field Provide technical answers to Engineering
Queries raised up by the sub-contractor confirming design drawings and standard requirements Responsible for
counter checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment
and plumpness. Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module. Mechanical
Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning
requirements for the project. Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior
to signoff the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical. Ensure that hydro test
reinstatement is to be done as per procedure. Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is
satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.

• Worked as MECHANICAL CHARGE HAND in Special Technical servies L.L.C. (STS),oman from Oct 2017
to Dec 2017
Role :Supervise and distribute the manpower for the work and considering safety regulations, PPE...etc.
Carrying out the preventive breakdown maintenance, Routine maintenance and overhauling of static
equipments. Having maintenance experience in rousing of burners, dampers and valves. Having maintenance
experience in Fin Fan Coolers. Working experience in U-Tube, Shell and tube and plate types such as cleaning,
Hydrojetting, Hydro Testing and plugging
