Guidelines for grant of 3 months temporary membership for

Siri Fort Sports Complex w.e.f. May, 2015

1 Application forms can be downloaded from home page and sports page
of DDA’s website www.dda.org.in.

2 Only one application should be submitted by an individual.

3 Every month 500 temporary 3 months membership would be issued by

the complex.

4 Filled in downloaded application forms should be submitted during

working hours (10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) except lunch hours from 1.00
p.m. to 1.30 p.m. on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of every month at the complex.
If any of these three days is a holiday or a non-working day, forms can
also be submitted on the next working day of the month.

5 No fees need to be deposited while submitting the form.

6 The complex will carry out scrutiny of the forms and if more than 500
eligible applications are received, then the list of 500 membership would
be decided through a computerized draw of lots in the presence of
applicants who wish to be present.

7 After the final list of individuals whose membership has been approved is
displayed on the notice board, fees for the temporary membership
alongwith form charges can be deposited by the applicant till the 10 th day
of the following month.

8 This process would be followed from the current month, i.e., from May,
2015.
