Dear Sir,

Please accept this letter as notification that I am resigning from my job as a employment contract
effective on 21 December 2017. I apologize for not being able to give more notice. However, I
regret that due to circumstances beyond my control, I need to resign right away. I am Leaving the
Epson Precision to persue higher studies.

During my working time period I have learnt a lot and spent good time with colleagues. As you
have best knowledge among us, the present time in which there is competition everywhere you
cannot survive and get in the absence of good qualification. I recently applied for scholarship
master’s in chemical engineering abroad in an University of sheffield, united kingdom. I am very
glad to inform you that they accepted my application. The start date of programme is will be on
February 2018 before which I will manage to serve the preparation at University Putra Malaysia
as a Research assistant by on next week.

I would finally like to thank you for the experience you have given me working with department
of precious part and I would like to wish you all the very best of succes for the future. I feel that
Epson precision especially department of precious part has a very bright future and I am sorry
that I am not going to be part of that.
