Aim:
To develop a prototype model for Sea Boundary level indicator and boat controller for
Fisherman.

Method of functioning
In this work, an RF based system is designed to identify the fishermen’s
location. As long as they are inside the boundary, they can able to receive the pulse signal
from the ground station. Once the boat goes beyond the limit, the pulse reception will be
stopped. After a specific time delay, the micro controller issues a warning notification to the
fisher man. If it is ignored a secondary action to stop the boat will be initiated. The boat will
be stopped for certain duration and will be restarted, so that the fisherman can return to his
home land.
Defense is a key factor to enable safe navigation in fishing in sea is observed for crossing
neighboring country’s boundary. Hence an effective system is designed to overcome the
threat with Global positioning system (GPS) which provides dynamic location of fishing
vessel. Those dynamic location was provided to the border force by SMS using GSM module
to detect the exact location of the fishermen
