Week-end Classes Programme
Dear Learner,
Sub: Week-end Class Programme for B.A/ B.Com. Degree Courses (Common Core Syllabus) Calender Year
2017 Intimation-Reg.
Greetings from the School of Distance Education, A.U. In order to supplement our academic programme, the
School is arranging Week-end class programme at various centres to facilitate face to face interaction between the
teacher and the learner. We invite well experienced teachers to participation in these Programmes, besides our academic
staff, during these Programmes. The teachers will give an extensive review of the subjects and clarify the doubts of the
students.
In this regard, we are happy to inform you about the schedule of the Week-end Class programme for Calendar
year batch students of B.A/B.Com. Degree courses at various Centres for the year 2017 and you are advised to attend
the Programme at the centre chosen by you. The Week-end class programme will be held for 20 Sundays at the

Note : 1) All the students who intend to attend the Week-end classes programme have to report with their Identity Cards at the
respective Reception Counter for Registration. Time - table and other instructions about the classes will be given at
the time of Registration.
2) Registration : Candidates have to register themselves on 04-06-2017 at 9.00 a.m. at the chosen centres for the
Week-end classes programme by producing the Identity Card issued by the School
3) *Special Note: Special English classes will be held for men at Mrs. AVN College, Visakhapatnam and for women at
BVK College, Visakhapatnam only.
4) Classes are organised at the above centres only. The School does not take any responsibility for classes held at
other centres without our explicit consent.
5) Students are advised to pay the tuition fee immediately (If the have not paid)
