License Agreement and Disclaimer Statement

The Centre for Innovative Structures and Materials (CISM) provides the above nominated software (the
“SOFTWARE”) free of charge with a license for one year. If the user (the “USER”) of this SOFTWARE
presents any results from this SOFTWARE, the USER agrees to acknowledge that this SOFTWARE is
developed and provided by "Centre for Innovative Structures and Materials, RMIT University, Australia".

Permission is granted for the USER to use this SOFTWARE. The developers of this SOFTWARE and CISM
undertake no liability, give no warranty in relation to defects in this SOFTWARE and undertake no
responsibility for any harm of any form during the usage of this SOFTWARE.

The USER should at his/her own costs seek independent legal advice on the legal status, validity and effect
of this SOFTWARE before relying or acting upon it.

If the USER transmits this SOFTWARE to any third party, the USER agrees to forward this Agreement and
Statement at the same time to the third party and guarantees that the third party accepts this Statement
before using this SOFTWARE.

Completing and sending this form to Centre for Innovative Structures and Materials means that you
agree with the above License Agreement and Disclaimer Statement and you also agree that you will
only continue to use the SOFTWARE whilst complying with any other specific terms and conditions
accompanying the SOFTWARE.
