Requesting Approval to Deduct Safety Fee from Student Registration Fee

In relation to the above matter, please be advised that I would like to make a statement that my
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety boots, safety helmet, goggles, lab coat and
blue jacket, are still in a good condition.

2. I am a former student of MICET. I was informed by the student admission that reducing
the registration fee can be made if PPE is still in good condition. Therefore, I request your
permission in order to proceed with the next step. I hereby enclose the space for your signature to
enable the finance unit to deduct the amount of RM 250 from the total registration fee.

3. It is my hope for the application to be considered by you. In addition, I hope you can
provide answer as soon as possible because I need to prepare early for the entry at the end of this
January.
