PROMOTING CRUISE SHIPS VISIT TO INDONESIA

Destination of road show : Miai, Florida, USA

Purpose: to promote Indonesia as a Cruise Ships destination and increase tourism

visit in year 2018.

Cruise Ships operators/Head Quarter to be visited: NCL, RCL and Carnival

Corporation.

Proposed schedule:
13 December: Indonesia delegation arrive in Miami, Florida, USA
14 December: meeting andi discussion with 2 cruise operators, afternoon cocktail
15 December morning: meeting andi discussion with 1 cruise operators
15 December afternnonn: Indonesia delegation depart from Miami

Materials to be prepared for road show:

 Official bathymetric of Indonesian cruise destinations, with digital copy of the

last Indonesian charts for the ports of Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Emas,
Tanjung Perak and Benoa, the details sounding along cruise berths in each
above ports.
 Port of Benoa information:
 Present depth and progress of the dredging.
 Construction of the new terminal
 Berth reservation policy, The port of Benoa has only one berth of 290
m long available.
 Port of Celukan Bawang preparation for Cruise Ships call.
 General policy and information on Cruise Ship development include infra
structure, Cabotage implementation etc.
