2. Affirmant received a copy ofthe conformed Summons and First Amended Complaint with
Affidavit of Verification from Pamela Bamett for personal service upon US Attomey General Eric
Holder Department of Justice herein
3. Affirmant placed the conformed Summons and First Amended Complaint with affidavit of
verification in a plain manila envelope with the name ofthe US Attomey General Eric Holder
Department of Justice and location at 950 Pennsylvania Avenue N W Washington D C written thereon
with "Urgent legal Service" designated at the lower left-hand comer ofthe envelope.
4. That on July 22, 2010 Affirmant went to the Constitution Avenue entrance ofthe Department of
Justice (DOJ) at 950 Pennsylvania Avenue N W. Washington D C. to personally serve Eric Holder,

reception area where Affirmant had waited;
6. The Maihoom Clerk Ashley Grant, of medium build brown skin weighing about 135 pounds
light brown skinned woman in her thirties about 5 foot 5 with black hair there received personal service
for Eric Holder
