The Seminar regarding on how the result of the 2010 and 2013 Elections came into fray last September
25, 2015 that shed light into the resulting errors, mistakes, gravely high expenditures and the oh so not
shocking “Faulty” scrimmage the COMELEC commenced during the elections.

It was started by Speaker Mr. Querubin who pointed out that in order for the PCOS MACHINES to
work there must be a System Integrity, Auditability, Authentic Accurate, Secure, and it must have a
Voter Verification. I was not aware of such things because mainly, I though because the Elections will
be Automated, it would now be free of Cheaters and manipulators, but I was wrong. The very Machine
that I thought would be the solution became the problem itself as Mr. Querubin revealed during the
2010 elections,there are many errors that came about. Mainly, technical problems. That the CF cards
were recalled, there were configuration problems 1 week before the elections and that they would have
to go to drastic measures to know whether or not the CF cards were tampered and that it would halt the
Elections. Many more problems occurred, mostly, technical errors that the Comelec and Smartmatic
and that they failed to deliver a fill, and functional election last 2010 and 2013.

The most surprising of it all is that the Government spend 7.98 Billion pesos! If you can just imagine
the amount they spent on a Machine that did not meet their vision. Clearly,
