Ingredients

4 cups milk

4 eggs

Directions

1. Place the milk and water in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Add the scallions, salt and

pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium, and crack the eggs and add

them.

2. Let the eggs cook for 3 minutes and add the coriander.

3. Serve warm with bread on the side and garnish with fresh coriander.
