Attached is a drawing ofthe ‘map and an electronic copy of the data used in the formation ofthis map. In addition, we are including a technical outline explaining the consttutionality ofthe map. ‘This map took into account information provided by the Pennsylvania Supreme Coust in their majority opinion, which we received two days ago. We have also submitted the attached data and documents to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. We look forward to your review and input regarding this map.
