Chen Chaoyang, associate professor, doctor, born in September 1974, Cheng'an people in Hebei

Province. In 1993 he was admitted to Hebei Institute of Technology Industrial Management


Engineering Department of foreign trade professional study, after graduating from school to teach, in

Wang Yunfeng, Professor, doctoral tutor.


Born in April 1952, Chicheng, Hebei. He graduated from Hebei Institute of Technology Department
of Mechanical Engineering in 1976, began to engage in management and teaching in 1979. 1987-
1989 Visiting study at the Iowa State University (ISU) Business School. In 1991 presided over the
founder of Hebei Institute of Technology foreign trade professional teaching director. From 1993 to
1998, he was the deputy director of management department in charge of undergraduate
teaching. From 1998 to 2011, he served as president of Hebei Polytechnic University. The current
school academic committee standing member, by the law department director.
Former China Management Science and Engineering Society executive director, executive vice
president of China Society of Technical Economics, China Mechanical Engineering Society Industrial
Engineering Branch executive director, China Management Modernization Research Association,
China Association for higher education business education branch director.

Hu Yue, female, doctor, professor. MBA, EMBA, a master tutor, and a visiting scholar at Guelph
