A. Introduction
This document is based on IEC60870-5-104. Based on IEC 60870-5-104, this document describes
Communication method between EVRC2A and Master Station, and provides IEC60870-5-104
Interoperability Document and IEC60870-5-104 Point table and parameter explanations.
IEC 60870-5-104 applies to telecontrol equipment and systems with coded bit serial data
transmission for monitoring and controlling geographically widespread processes. This standard
defines the use of an open TCP/IP-interface to a network, containing for example a LAN for
telecontrol equipment.
