Based on your email on 18th January 2011, we are pleased to submitted our proposal
for Reconnaissance Mapping at Muara Teweh Area, Central kalimantan.
Scope of work proposed are:
¾ Reconnaissance mapping for 10 days work excluded travelling to concession
area.
¾ Mapping will be conduct by 3 geologist (1 senior geologist as coordinator and 2
geologist).
¾ Sampling and analysis
¾ Presentation
¾ Reporting

Proposal budget is Rp. 187,300,000 excluded PPN 10 % which will be paid by Company (Tigers
Realm Mineral) and PPH 23 2% will be paid by contractor (SHU). If you still have any question

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Location and Accessibility

The concession area is located at + 57 km eastern part of Muara Teweh which is capital
regency of Barito Utara Regency, Central Kalimantan. The proposal is based on
assumption 14 days work, 2 days in 2 days out and 10 days field work and whole of
concession area can be reached by 4x4 vehicle.

Accessibility to concession area can be reached from Jakarta - Balikpapan – Muara

Teweh _ Site or Jakarta – Banjarmasin – Muarateweh – Site.

Coal target is at Late Eocene Tanjung Formation (Tet) which is an equivalent of the batu
Ayau Formation and known as one of coal bearing formations at tertiary basin in
Indonesia. Tanjung Formation occupies almost 50 % of both concession area.

3. RISK ASSESSMENT

Assessment of the major Health and Safety hazards; and implementation of

measures to counter these risks is below:

4. SCOPE OF WORK
Reconnaissance mapping will be conducted by 3 geologist; 1 senior geologist and 2
junior geologist and review will be done by qualified SHU geologist. Reconnaissance
mapping is aimed to get as much as possible of coal potential information during this
limited time and also previous data obtained by the company is valuable as guidance.

The Scope of Work becomes:

1. Locate previous data (if available)

2. Reconnaissance level mapping; this will focus on reconnaissance along streams

and roads, looking for coal outcrop. Any other outcrops will be noted, and the
presence of intrusives will be recorded if they are seen. GPS location, strikes and
dips of any outcrops will be noted.

3. Coal outcrops will be logged to scale 1 : 20 and sampled.

4. All samples will be tested for

a. Moisture (as received basis)

b. Proximate analysis

c. Sulphur

d. CV

e. Vitrinite reflectance (but only one test per outcrop)

f. CSN on samples that are not obviously weathered

The offer is excluded of PPN 10 % which will be paid by client (Tiger) and PPH 23 2%
will be paid by SHU (contractor).
