Technology Access Programs Eligibility Guide
Technology Access Program (TAP) is a term used by Microsoft to describe programs run by many different
organizations around the world to benefit disadvantaged people. Individuals supported by a TAP may
receive Registered Refurbisher citizenship licenses if they meet the criteria for a Qualified Individual. Here
are questions that will identify whether a project or program fits the definition of a TAP.
