 Terms & Conditions
Validity: Our proposal is valid for 15 days.

Payment Terms: 20% advance on signing the contract, 50% before ordering the materials, 20% on delivery of materials, 10% on installation before programming.

Note: VAT is not included in the price.

Warranty: Three years warranty against manufacturer defects on the supplied TENSE-theben Home Automation System and one year manufacturer’s warrant on
other materials, upon delivery to Client’s site. Any damages, losses or sequential losses, caused by the natural disasters, fire, electrical failure in the building, misuse or
failure of the system will NOT be suppliers responsibility at any time directly or indirectly, implied or otherwise.

Important Notes:
This offer is strictly based on drawings and or site survey. Any additional requirements or changes due to the Client, be reported and extra charges will be applied for
equipment and labor after mutual agreement and formal confirmation from the Client. If it should prove necessary to amend our proposals when more detailed
information becomes available for instance major changes in comparison with the present information, we reserve the right to amend our quotation accordingly.

Any Civil, and Electrical works related to the offered system shall be for the Client unless it is mentioned in our proposal.

We do not supply Enclosure for Automation DB's

Cables pulling are not under our scope. We only supervise this job.

Client responsibilities: Any fees and/or permits that may be required from any authority for the installation, testing, and commissioning works.
