Biblical Education. For the World. For Free.

A Crisis in World Missions

Today, millions of pastors around the world - nearly 90% of
all church leaders - have less than one hour of formal
Biblical education.
• By the year 2050, the vast majority of the world’s Christians
will live in Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America.
• Yet, the world's seminaries and training centers remain located
largely in the West.
• BOTTOM LINE: Where the Church is growing the fastest
there is the least amount of access to Biblical education.
• And the Church has no strategy to meet this need.

Efforts in the Past

In the past, the Church has trained pastors either by sending
missionaries, building schools or bringing them to the U.S.
Though noble, these efforts have yielded little success.
• On average, missionaries spend only 5 years in the field.
Few are called to train pastors.
• At an average student body of 100, over 20,000 new
traditional brick and mortar schools are needed just to
meet current demand.
• When pastors do leave for school, 92% do not return
resulting in broken homes and broken churches.

THE NEED IS GLOBAL. THE TIME IS NOW.

Turning it Around
Richard Pratt, President of Third Millennium Ministries, is leading a
global staff in creating a multimedia seminary curriculum that trains
church leaders in their own languages, in their own lands, and for free.
Missionaries, churches and people just like you take this curriculum to
pastors and church leaders all over the world. We also distribute these
materials freely through our website. Take a look at our free,
groundbreaking multimedia curriculum in Arabic, English, Mandarin
Chinese, Spanish and Russian at www.thirdmill.org.
