excellence. With this, below are the current job vacancies of Filinvest Land Inc. – South
West north Luzon Cluste (Alabang office):
1. BROKER SALES OFFICER (Managerial)

Responsibilities:

 Sales Management - sales monitoring, report generation and sales analysis


 Broker Support and Motivation - conduct seminars to brokers, recruitment of
brokers
 Sales Activities and Events - plans and strategizes sales events, Saturation
drives, sales kick off, open house
 Administrative Functions - trippings and request for collaterals,
 Manage Broker communication

Requirements:

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics,


Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or
equivalent.
 At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
 Applicants must be willing to work in Palawan or Alabang.
 With at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
 Pro Active and aggressive
 Flexible with the work schedule
 Leadership and Management Skills
 Excellent oral and Written Communication skills
 Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business
Development or equivalent.

2. Project Development Assistant

Job Description

 Assist the project development team in the project development process


 Assists in the conduct of market and competitor study
 Assists in project uploading, inventory management, project monitoring
 Participates in the implementation of marketing events and sales activities
Job Requirements

 Must be a graduate of any business course


 Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
 With exposure in conducting market research and competitive survey, feasibility
studies
 Analytical
 Can work with minimum supervision
 With above average communication skills (oral and written)
 Above average scholastic records

3. Project Development Officer (Managerial)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Primarily responsible for managing a project from conceptualization to


implementation.
 Can lead market and competitive analysis, site analysis and financial feasibility
studies
 Leads conceptual planning development
 Synchronizes activities in the management of construction or development
phase
 Manages project profit and loss
 Preferrably with experience in handling Mid Rise Projects
 With Experience in REAL ESTATE industry

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

 Graduate of Business Course preferably with MBA


 Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
 At least 2 - 5 years experience in the real estate industry
 With experience in conceptualizing projects for development, conducting
feasibility studies and market research, and designing promotional
strategies.
 Must be highly analytical.
 Other preferred traits / qualities: strategic, organized, results driven, resourceful
& innovative
 Preferred leadership style: Task-oriented and Relations-oriented

4. Project Development Specialist


COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Project Management: Background in project planning, controlling and


scheduling. Application of program management to newly-acquired and existing
project.
2. Internal and external relations: Capacity and willingness to engage with a
broad set of stake holders and come up with win-win solutions, believes in the
importance of public, private, and non-profit partnerships.

3. Risk management and analysis: Ability to budget, measure and manage risk
in consideration of project mandates for time, cost, and scope.

4. Financial and market data analysis: Ability to distill insights from a wide range
of sources, integration of data from the market, financial and competitive sides
to arrive at updated project assumptions.

Job Requirements:

 Graduate of BS in Economics, Marketing, Property Development/Real


Estate Management or any other related courses.
 Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa

5. Project Engineer

 Analyze, review plans & specification, attend pre-bid and construction


meeting, and monitor construction activities, prepare reports for
management if problem arises that needs proper action
 Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on
useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project
group
 Random check on the quality of works, construction methods and
perform material testing on on-going housing units, land
developmentand open space amenities to confirm product compliance
with the design and specification
 Monitors and submits reports for on-going projects in all group from
time to time
 Performs Research & Development work related to quality assurance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil


Engineering or Architecture or equivalent. Must be licensed
 Familiar in Land Development and Mass housing activities
 With knowledge on QC inspection and different materials testing and
procedures
 With strong written/verbal communication skills
 Ability to organize, prioritize work plan and complete multiple tasks
simultaneously and accurately
 Detail oriented
 With good moral and positive attitude

6. Roll-out Officer (Managerial)


JOB DESCRIPTION

 Will initially act as Project Devt Officer / Business Devt Officer of the project.
In charge of doing the competitor scan, market study, setting up the
parameters of the subdivision, prepare the financial feasiblity, budget set-up
and other related activities to successfully launch new projects
 Identify areas to set-up Marketing and Operational Staff in newly acquired
areas in the least amount of time possible
 With ability to negotiate the lease and/or construct the new office site
 Determine and standardize the roll-out process
 Willing to travel in the identified properties for acquisition
 Responsible to the assigned vehicle and budget for new projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Graduate of Engineering or Business course


 With Business Development background in Real Estate; experience in a food
or retail franchising company
 Familiar with house construction and permits processes
 Strong in Land Acquisition and Land Development
 Knowledgeable in securing various permits, necessary for Landbanking
 With 4 year related experience in setting up new sites like food chains, retail
and convenience stores
 Must be able to negotiate or canvass offices/and or staff houses for lease or
sale
 Must have experience in launching new subdivision projects
 Good coordination and facilitation skills
 Know how to drive and with driving license
 Preferably residing in the South of Metro Manila

7. Sales Assistant
A. Sales documentation
B. Commission & incentive monitoring
C. Support to sales group and project group
D. Report preparation
E. Database and files management
F. General and Clerical and administrative work

Requirements:
 Graduate of any 4-year business course
 Must be willing to work in Alabang, and to be assigned to project sites.
 With at least 1 year experience in Sales, preferably in the real-estate
industry
 Experience in organizing sales activities such as but not limited to open
houses, planning conferences, and sales awards.
 Must be highly sociable, assertive, a go-getter, attentive to details, and
results-oriented.
 Highly tolerant and able to deal with different personalities

8. Estate Administrator (Subdivision Administrator)


JOB DESCRIPTION :

 Maintain all properties not yet turned over to HOA


 Acceptance of Completed Facilities and Amendies in the project
 Turnover of Projects from Construction Management to Subdivision
Administration
 Enforcement of Deed Restriction
 Checking of House Plans
 Asset Coordination
 Public Relations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree


 With at least 2 years supervisory experience in property management and/or
after sales/customer service in the real estate industry
 Preferably with experience in supervising collection of association and
membership dues
 Preferably with Events Facilitation Skills
