Proposal to carry out the repair work on grid line 2 ~ G – M beam in order to align the block work perpendicular

to the beam on ground floor masonry work

 Prepared substrate would be chipped and shall be cleaned with compressed air and soaked with water.

 Design criteria, limits for single application shall be followed as recommended by the manufacturer
instructions with company approved material.

 Bonding agent would be applied prior the repairing work for better bonding

 The plastering of the beam would be done in 3 layers (2 layers of 15~ 20mm rush coat with mesh and
a finishing coat with approved material)

 The Company approved mixed material shall be applied over the prepared substrate.

 Knife or trowel to the required level using the minimum of solvent on the trowel to aid workability.

 The surface may be finished smooth by use of a paint brush dipped in cleaning solvent where a very
deep recess is to be filled, it may be necessary to build up in layers.
