     A DFR measurement is similar to the more frequently used power factor testing, except that

    power factor is measured over a wide range of frequencies, from mHz to kHz.
    However, CPC 100 can Measure Tan Delta from 15 Hz to 400 Hz Only. (Frequency range for
    DIRANA is 0.05 mHz to 5 kHz)
    Main purpose of DRF testing is to know the percentage of Moisture content in insulating medium,
    but moisture content influences the Tan delta/Freq. curve only in lower and higher frequency
    ranges. Therefore, measurements between 15 to 400 Hz may not give an accurate percentage of
    moisture content.
