 Used innovative methods to allocate raw material and achieved overall plant steel wastage below 3% which is best in the industry.
 Excels in managing Operations & Maintenance work for reducing breakdown/downtime of CNC machine. Enhancing operational
effectiveness of Power Transmission system.
 Led a team of engineers and manpower working on shop floor. Analysed and delegate job to supervisor and contractor and ensure zero
lose time accident during shift.
 Interfacing with people at all level and managing healthy work environment with 100% safety at work place that motivates high
