    1. 2 sets of students’ written work from every class taught by each teacher to be sent
    for monitoring. (1 class- 2 sets )

    2. All essays (Directed writing & Continuous writing) must be checked, complete with
    marks awarded and constructive comments.

    3. A copy of the report to be submitted to the Ketua Bidang and Head of English Panel.
