the extent or nature of the Internet use, and an inability to control or curb it.

generation of units of currency and verify the transfer of funds, operating independently of a
central bank.
Identity Theft/Fraud: Identity theft refers to the preparatory stage of acquiring and collecting
someone else's personal information for criminal purposes.
