HIGHLIGHTS 

❏ Development of a research paper related to transport network companies (TNCs) oriented on


public policies and regulations applicable worldwide to improve operating conditions and the
promotion of sustainable models, for Toyota.
❏ Key part of the Public Policy, Business Strategies and Communications team that lobbied for
Uber in Mexico City. My strategies, technical arguments and efforts resulted in one of the
most efficient and applauded regulations in the world.
❏ As a part of Transport Division in the Inter American Development Bank (IADB), I was part of
the team that developed technical and technological solutions that supported IADB agenda
to further better sustainable policies and mobility alternatives in Latam.
❏ At the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP), I Managed and reviewed;
public policies, strategies, working teams and budgets related to; sustainability, energy,
transportation and urban development in the largest Mexican cities.
❏ At Université de Cergy-Pontoise participant in the redeveloping and design of the Charles de
Gaulle Airport.

Hewlett and Flora Foundation Grant for one year to develop a transport model for Mexico City and
Guadalajara Metropolitan Areas.
Coordination and elaboration of a transit model for 2024 in Tranus:
1. Bus tracking lines and data collection with the support of Instituto Politecnico Nacional

Climate Works grant to support and build BRT projects in Mexican Cities.​ ​BRT standard.
Visit and review each one of the BRT projects in Mexico to measure the qualify, demand,
accessibility and many other features using the 2013 scorecard and ITDP methodologies to
document the projects.
