All the information of aspects discussed in studio to be
compiled into an A4-sized report as per the standard,
prescribed format below:

i. Please follow the already prescribed A4 size. No. of
folded A3 sized sheets should be reduced to the very

iii. All images, drawings and maps should be clearly
readable. Image size – the shorter side should be a
