1. No matter what anyone says, being YOU is enough.
2. Look at the most successful people in history. You are capable of all that and more. 3. Always think about how your words and actions will affect others. 4. No one in this world is above you. Or beneath you. 5. Never be afraid to ask for help. You can’t do it all. 6. Don’t be hard on yourself. It’s never too late to do better. 7. Choose the pain of discipline over the pain of regret. 8. Be true to your word, and follow through on things. 9. Work on loving and accepting yourself every day. 10. Learn how to listen. Most people just wait for their turn to talk. 11. Fall in love with learning. 12. Be willing to change for yourself, not someone else. 13. Honour everyone who ever taught you something valuable. 14. Practice the 3Ps—be PROMPT, be PREPARED, and be PROFESSIONAL. 15. Don’t compare yourself to others. They aren’t comparing themselves to you. 16. Train your mind to only believe in what’s possible. 17. Celebrate your own success with humility, and the success of others with enthusiasm. 18. Ask yourself often, “How am I better today than I was yesterday?” 19. Be brave. The hard times never last. 20. You are not alone, ever.
