The Valiant Men is a group for married men of the Redeemed Christian Church of GOD Halleluyah Church
Dubai, UAE. We are grateful for the gift of salvation provided by our Lord Jesus Christ and committed to
His cause, working through our Church.

Halleluyah Church Values: Effectiveness, Efficiency and Excellence

Purpose: To be a strong force for Christ in the Halleluyah Church, playing a key role in the establishment
of GOD’s Word. 2 Samuel 10:12

Mission of The Valiant Men:

1. To make Heaven
2. To do as much as we can to help our fellow brethren make Heaven
3. To support GOD’s work through the Halleluyah Church and the RCCG in general
4. To support our fellow brethren and foster a community of caring and sharing in line with Christ’s
direction
5. To be a reference point for Excellence in Christ in the Church and the wider society

Objectives of The Valiant Men:

1. Bring together ALL married men into the The Valiant Men group through engagement and prayer.
Membership is voluntary, however the expectation is to have ALL married men in the group who
are happy to be a part and fully engaged.
2. Create unique understanding among all members of The Valiant Men group to ensure a shared
purpose and openness among all members
3. To come up with ideas that will benefit the Church and individual members
4. To come up with motivational ideas and projects that will empower members across various
aspects of life
5. To ensure we are in a position to support the Church financially on a regular basis to ensure the
programs embarked upon are successful
Recommended Action Plan:

1. A monthly minimum contribution of AED100 per member to be contributed by all members of

The Valiant Men. Exco members to contribute minimum of AED200 per month. Making the
contribution will be a key part of showing commitment to being a part of the group and help to
ensure we have the financial capability to support the Church as well as any member in need.

2. The Valiant Men should aim to support the Church by picking up the cost for one service every
month as our standard contribution, in addition to one significant contribution each year during
our annual Valiant Men Thanksgiving.

3. The Valiant Men should actively look for ways to move the Church forward, leveraging on every
member’s strengths, capabilities, competences and networks to support GOD’s vision for
Halleluyah Church and the RCCG in the UAE in general.

4. Proposed Monthly meeting of The Valiant Men – proposal is to meet once a month with specific
date and time to be agreed. In addition, we will also choose a day each month for prayer and
fasting for The Valiant Men. Suggestion is to do this on second or third Tuesday of the month and
then meet at the Digging Deep Service to round up the fast and pray with the Pastor and Ministers.

5. The Valiant Men group will be split up into sub-committees and ALL members will be in at least
one committee. This will ensure everyone is engaged and a part of the ongoing activities.
Suggested sub-committees are as follows:
a. Prayers and Supplications
b. Welfare
c. Finance
d. Empowerment Programs
e. Evangelism –
f. Church Events Liaison
g. Family Outreach
h. Sports and Recreation

6. The Valiant Men will have a program each quarter to empower members and the wider Church
community. Focus areas will be as follows:
a. Investment and Business Opportunities in the UAE and Nigeria
b. Job opportunities and how to access good jobs or move to better jobs
c. Financial Literacy
d. Family focus – topics to support making the right decisions for the family e.g. planning for
education for children, etc
e. Development and Networking opportunities for personal growth
f. Seminar to develop strong mental/reasoning capability

7. Explore opportunities for creating wealth for members through group investments in the UAE or
Nigeria. For example there was suggestion of setting up a farm in Nigeria

8. Encourage all Valiant Men to serve in one capacity or the other in Church to honor Jesus Christ
our Lord and Savior
