1. In case of the STAAD analysis and design model, Horizontal deflection of the structure
is observed as 69.726 mm (refer following snapshot). The presently Submitted
calculation shows a deflection check for individual structural members. Hence, the
detailed calculations showing deflection check for the entire structure may please be
submitted to us for further review purpose.
Answer: Recently submitted calculations for deflection check was for Individual
member as per your observation dated 21st March 2017. Deflection is checked for
individual member manually in excel spreadsheet which is already submitted to you in
previous submissions .Deflection for entire structure is checked in STAAD model
which is 69.726 mm as in snapshot. This horizontal deflection is with in permissible
limit as per Table No. 6 of IS 800:2007 (i.e. Height /200= (15000/200=75mm)
permissible lateral deflection). Manually Deflection check for structure as whole is a
very time consuming and steady process that’s why we submitted STAAD model for
entire structure.

2. Point was reply to our observations dated, 31/07/2017 may also please be submitted for
further review purpose.
Answer: Noted, point wise reply are attached here with for observations dated,
31/07/2017 for your reference.
