Concrete Compressive Strength at 28 days

1. Only Customer complaint with official letter or memo will be recorded as valid cases
2. Rejection rate (scrap element) percentage calculated as Total Volume Rejected (m 3) vs Total Volume Produced (m3)
3. Returned rate percentage calculated as Total Quantity Returned (nos) vs Total Quanttiy Delivered (nos).
Reason for returned is only for issues related to quality of precast component.
4. Only concrete rejection due to raw material quality will be recorded.
Percentage calculated as Total Volume Rejected (m 3) vs Total Volume Produced (m3)
