Abstract:

Polymer films of PVDF:Fe particles have been synthesized by solution casting technique. Fe
particles of various concentrations are mixed with Polyvinylidene fluoride solution and dried
under the 50C The semi crystalline nature of polymer films is characterized by X ray diffraction.

The Impedance studies were carried out for the films at various temperatures and frequency in
the range of 500Hz- 5MHz.

The aim of the present study is to investigate the temperature dependence of dielectric
permittivity of BaTi1-xNbxO3.The classical ferroelectric crystal (BaTiO3) which was one of the
most investigated ferroelectric materials. Stochimetric mixtures of barium carbonate,
Titanium oxide and niobium oxide powders were ball milled for 12 hours and calcined at
900C for 2hour and sintered at 1200-1400C.In this study the concentration of Ti is varied
with Niobium and studied the structural, electrical and magnetic properties of resultant
powders. The impedance data for the ceramics has been studied in the temperatures up to
500C at the frequencies from 500Hz to 5MHz it is observed that the relaxor ferroelectric
behavior of BaTi1-xNbxO3. Crystal structure of the resulting powders was characterized by X
ray Diffraction and microstructure was examined by Scanning electron microscope. The
magnetic properties were conducted by
