General Policies of the Course


General Evaluation

1. The course comprises of ___ evidences and a commitment letter.


2. Each of evidence will be assigned a specific percentage with respects to the general score
of the course.
3. To approve the course, the student must mandatorily score, 70 (at least) as general
average of all evidences of the course and to approve (at least) the 80% of all evidences.
4. During the course we will have two stages: ordinary and recovery.

Ordinary

5. A student has right to present all his (her) evidences established during the course.
6. Teacher can decide if one or more evidences the students have only one opportunity to
present it.

Recovery

7. The maximum value to be reached for each of evidence presented in recovery will be 85%.
8. To have a recovery right, a student must present a formal justification or perhaps the
Teacher can establish the mechanisms to receive it.
9. To have a recovery right, the student must have approved (at least) the 60% of all
evidences.

Within the Classroom

10. Turn computers off when the teacher requests it.


11. Mobile devices must be turned off.
12. Not food is permitted.
13. While the teacher or some student is performing a public presentation, it is not permitted
requesting permission to get in or get out the classroom.

About the activities


14. Activities must be delivered before the specified deadline; otherwise it will be rejected or
“maybe” accepted in recovery.
15. If a student does not deliver an activity within the specified deadline, but he or she presents
a formal justification (maybe about sickness), the teacher will accept the activity if a formal
justification is presented:
a. With penalization of 10% in ordinary.
b. With penalization of 15% in recovery.
16. Activities must be delivered via the specified mode; otherwise it will be rejected.

17. If a student is not attending the day that he (she) must present an activity, he (she) will lost
such an activity in ordinary (respectively recovery).
18. If a team member is not attending the day of his (her) presentation. The student will lose
such an activity and he (she) must ask to the teacher for a substitution activity (if it applies).
19. Classroom activities cannot be recovered.

Originality

20. If the teacher discovers that a student delivers a work (project, exam, homework, etc.),
which is an identical copy of another one, then the student may be worthy of a note "DA"
Academic Dishonesty, equivalent to NA on the overall rating of the course.

Attendance
21. In case the student is not in time, check rule 13 before entering to the classroom.
22. It is a student responsibility to investigate about all activities presented during the absent
class.

Final Policy
23. Any event that is not covered by the previous policies will be analyzed carefully when it
occurs and the best decision will be established.
