I have rented the property at 3rd Floor, #42, Nandi Durga Road, Bangalore – 46 owned by Mr. Jose
George, Mr. Joseph Jose and Mrs. Elizabeth Jose associated with meter no. 1ELC50774.

Since the day I have rented the property, I have observed a huge fluctuation in the Electricity bills.

Below is the summary of bills since last 3 months:

1. 13/06/17 – 13/07/17 – 2464 Rs.

2. 13/07/17 – 13/08/17 – 540 Rs.
3. 13/08/17 – 13/09/17 – 8557 Rs.

As per my complaint no. D0E1CALT34 that I made to BESCOM on 13/09/17 via phone, I have stated the
concern in the fluctuation of bill.

As per your inspection today, I would like to thank you for your advice on the fact that the meter keeps
running even after all the switches and MCB are turned off in my floor.

I will surely bring this to the notice of the building owner and I advise you to kindly help carry out a
meter check procedure from your end.
