Should Martial Law Be Extended?

Everybody wants peace. We never wanted war. Wrong decision might bring us to worst
situation. But we all know that our leaders of the government is doing all they can to acquire a peaceful
environment.

Martial Law is what our government leader think is the best way to end the violence that is
happening in Marawi City. Even if it is declared that the battle against the terrorists in Marawi had finally
ended, Martial Law is best to still be enforced. This is to prevent the tendency that terrorist will attack
other part of Mindanao. Martial law may be used to ensure the peace and order and the safety of the
people in Mindanao.

Many of the Filipino people don’t like this decision it’s because of what they experience the last
time this was declared by Marcos. But there are so many good benefits to economy that Martial Law will
bring. Peace and order is important for growth, and disturbance of business in Mindanao is one of the
reasons why development is so difficult to achieve. With Martial Law the whole Mindanao area is safer
than they would normally be and the people are being more disciplined which is motivating to look at.

It is so difficult to move when we are being controlled but we have to understand that all of the
leaders’ decision is for our own good. We must trust our government because that’s how it should be.

Why Philippines is the home of many beauty titlist in Asia?

It is said that “to be successful, the first thing to do is fall in love with your work” and we all
know that our beauty queens love what they do competing in international pageants. It’s not all of them
got titles but those who does sets enough for us to be number one beauty titlist in Asia.

Everyone said that Filipina is so competitive, and their trainer worked out the correct formula to
figure out what kind of girls and to shape, and transform to beauty queens. Having also so many beauty
camps here in Philippines help them perfectly compete in international beauty pageants. Gaining 15
crowns in five big international pageants, (Miss Universe: 1969, 1973, 2015) (Miss World: 2013) (Miss
Earth: 2008, 2014, 2015, 2017) (Miss International: 1964, 1970, 1979, 2005, 2013, 2016) and (Miss
Supranational: 2013) made Philippines number one in Asia followed by India with 11 crowns. We are
also on top score of the international beauty pageants worldwide.

Filipina is not behind when it comes to international beauty pageants; their beauties represent
the country proudly. And several candidates use it as a stepping stone to related careers.
