JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

 Conduct EHS inducton training to new employees and contractor’s employees.

 Daily inspecton of plant for unsafe act/unsafe conditon and Ensure

correctve acton.

 Strict implementaton of permit to work (PTW) system.

 Investgate the all accident / incident, Near Miss report and find out the root cause
by (5-Why) analysis.

 Act as secretary to Safety Committee Meeting.

 Maintain the Occupatonal Health Centre and Ambulance.

 Conduct Mock-Drill and Monitor the Mock-Drill exercise.

 Carry out HAZOP study and Pre Start Up Safety Review (PSSR) in plant.

 Prepare SOP, JSA and HIRA.

 Maintaining legal documentaton.

 Check the status of Hoist, Lift, Tool Tackle & Pressure Vessel of periodic
external inspecton.

 Keep a record of all safety meetngs, injuries and property damages.

Conduct HSE inspections/audits and Occupatonal health surveys.

 Inspecton & Maintenance of all firefighting equipment, SCBA, and

First Aid kits etc.

 Inspecton/ Cross checking of Electrical Power Tools (Like Welding, Grinding,

Drilling, Chipping, Cutting etc.).

 Prepare Emergency Evacuaton Plan (ERP), make Emergency Response Team

(ERT) and conduct the training.

 Maintaining documentaton and Implementaton of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS

18001 System.
