Daedalus wandered all over the Mediterranean Sea from place to place with his son Icarus until he
finally arrived at Crete. There King Minos offered him the hospitality of his palace at Knossos. Both
Daedalus and Icarus lived happily at Knossos, but soon they suffered the king’s anger.
