PURPOSE

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss all the concerns, suggestions and problems
facing in the USF Bahawalpur project identify bottlenecks and take actions/escalation
to avoid unnecessary delays.

MAIN DISCUSSION IN THE MEETING

1. The first USF Bahawalpur project meeting with Crystal was held to discuss the USF project
overview, scope allocation, process clarification, communication plan, reporting formats and risk
factors associated with it. [Week02]
2. Salman Latif asked from all participants to introduce themselves to the attendee so every one
come to know each other as from now on this meeting will be held on weekly basis. [Week02]
3. At the start of the meeting Salman Latif gave the presentation and explained the USF
introduction, USF Bahawalpur project overview, Milestone deliverables, Communication plan,
Escalation level, Risk factors and other USF related subject. [Week02]
4. Explaining the milestones deliverable to crystal Salman Latif strongly emphasize that the batch
for the first sites should be delivered up to the time of March 20, 2009. The total scope allocated
to crystal for USF Bahawalpur project contains 5 sites. The Milestone deliverable for the sites is
as follow:

5. It is also communicated to crystal that if any site is missed from the above target than the
milestone for coverage in the Mozas will not be achieved. It is also informed to Crystal that they
should start the CW on all sites at once. [Week02]
6. Kashif Anwar clearly communicated to crystal that if they are unable to give the site on a given
timeline then we would take back the site from them. Kashif also added that crystal should
strictly follow the schedule of activities and if they face any obstacle please inform us without any
delay. [week02]
7. It is communicated to crystal that the project completion date is May 25, 2009 but they should
stick to the first target which must be delivered by March 20, 2009. [Week02]
8. It was informed to crystal that the SAR and TSS will be conducted simultaneously. For this joint
visit will be held in week 03 where TP RF, TP Transmission planning, TP implementation and TP
Site acquisition will accompany with Crystal SA team. It is also added that for conducting the TSS
for USF Bahawalpur project prior permission from Pakisftan rangers will be required. Without the
prior permission from Pakistan rangers no one can conduct the TSS. [Week02]
9. Salman Latif communicated to crystal that they should sent the PIP twice a week after TSS and
submit weekly progress report should be mailed every Friday. He also mentioned that the sites
should meet the quality standards. [Week02]

10. Kashif Anwar informed crystal that for USF Bahawalpur project they will share the 360
degree pictures by the end of activity with TP. The date and time should be mentioned on all
pictures. It was also added that USF team might asked you to submit the pictures. TP will also
ask for the pictures on daily basis or on alternate days. It is clearly communicated to Crystal that
USF team will also audit the sites. [Week02]
11. It is informed to crystal that they should not share the USF project reports, targets dates
with anyone. If someone from TP asked for any project related information tell them to contact
Salman Latif. [Week02]
12. Umar Ashraf from RF explained that for SAR crystal should hunt 3 acceptable candidates. It
was also informed to them that TSS will not be held again on any USF site. [Week02]
13. Replying to the query regarding the power availability on sites, Salman Latif inform that
solar energy project is planned as a power source till then crystal needs the Gensets and fuel to
energize the sites. It is also added that crystal should strictly follow the approved TP Design and
must not deviate from the approved design. [Week02]
14. Salman Latif informed Crystal that their site supervisor should have Thuraya satellite phone
and first aid box. This will help in case of emergency and any environmental issue. [Week02]
15. Replying to a query made by Salman Latif that is Crystal will do this USF project at their
own or either they will sublet it? Khalid Cheema explained that for USF Bahawalpur project they
will sublet the sites but they will utilize their dedicated resources. They have 8 CW engineer and
they will do the site supervision. It was asked from Crystal that they should share their
subcontractor information (Name of the company, Resources and CW engineer) with TP. Khalid
Cheema also added that they will provide all the construction material to the subcontractor and
will provide full backup to our subcontractor team. He also said that Crystal is eager to do the TI
on these sites as well. [Week02]
16. Kashif Anwar asked crystal that they should do the soil investigation on the same day of
TSS. [Week02]
