SOP FOR 207-T-201 UCO BACK WASH OIL LINE MOFICATION

1. Isolate uco to C-239 LV-3401 Both u/s and d/s b/v’s.

2. Start manual back wash for all three banks to bring down level 20%
in C-239.

3. Line up FLO to G-231B pump suction line and take level up to 50%.

4. Circulate the C-239 oil via both pumps one by one.

5. Ensure circulating oil diluted with FLO.

6. Stop both pumps G-231A/B and close d/c valves and warm up line iso
valves.

7. Keep both pumps G-231A/B suction valves open condition for

thermal expansion.

8. Close minimum circulation FV-3404 u/s and d/s b/v’s.

9. Line up new modified uco to back wash line to 207-T-201 via G-231A
d/c 2” CBD line.

10. Check any leak in the modified line. If leak noticed the same to be
attended.

11. Keep N2 pressure 3.0 to 4.0 Kg/Cm2 in C-239 vessel.
